In the IMG, open the activity "Maintain element types" (transaction
code SRMREGEDIT), to register an element type/service provider that
implements the interface IF_SRM_ORGANIZER. You need to do this, for
example, for the Records Organizer supplied by SAP (CL_SRM_ORGANIZER).
The element type must have the name SRM_SPS_ORGANIZER.
