What causes this issue?

You have tried to display a context menu without selecting a circular
object. Context menus are, however, only available for circular
objects.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

First select a circular object, and then call the context menu for it.
