What causes this issue?

The documents could not be printed (missing conversion server).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

An external conversion server is required to print the content of
documents. This server uses the XDC interface to convert the documents.
This server has either not been installed or is not available.
Contact your system administrator.
