You are trying to change an existing node in a record model that has a
non-initial status.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

There are restrictions to when you can change existing nodes. With model
nodes, for example, existing element types can be neither changed nor
deleted.
