What causes this issue?

You have tried to activate another RAL Recording for the same channel in
parallel. One user can only have one recording active for the same
channel at the same time.

System Response

Recording with name &V1& is already enabled for channel &V2& and user
&V3&

How to fix this error?

Please disable your active RAL Recording with name &V1& for channel &V2&
before starting a new one.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
