What causes this issue?

You need to have a recording active if you want to add or remove a
channel field to / from a recording

System Response

Recording &V1& is not enabled for channel &V2& and user &V3&

How to fix this error?

Start transaction SRALMANAGER or SRALCONFIG and enable an existing
recording or create a new one for channel &V2&
