What causes this issue?

The user used for the proxy logon has been changed. The password used
for proxy logons has been initialized, for security reasons.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter the password for the current proxy user again, if required.
