What causes this issue?

You have specified a team member in the Project Team Members tab, who is
unknown to the user administration, but the role assigned to the team
member&V1& requires a user in the user master data.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter an existing user, or choose another role.
