What causes this issue?

You have chosen a project name which cannot be the project ID.
The names SOLAR00 and TEMPLATES cannot be used, because a document
folder with the same name has been created for this project. These are
the names of two standard document folders.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose another project name.
