What causes this issue?

The system is trying to read the value defined in Customizing for the
annual forfeiture rate.

System Response

No value could be found in company code &V2& for simulation version
&V1& for grant date &V3&.
The system has therefore taken the value zero as the annual forfeiture
rate.

How to fix this error?

If you want the system to use a value other than zero, define this
value in Customizing.
