What causes this issue?

The program you have started uses program objects from the "Financial
Services" add-on.
However, the corresponding package EA-FINSERV is not active in the
system.

System Response

Processing cannot be continued.

How to fix this error?

Activate "Financial Services". To do so, set the "application active"
flag in table TBE11 for the corresponding entry.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
