What causes this issue?

You want to change the value of attribute &V3& (technical name &V1&) in
&V2&, but you have no authorization for folder &V4&

System Response

As the document is in the folder &V4&, the system checks whether you can
assign the value &V2& to the attribute &V1& of documents in this folder.
The authorization check checks the authorization object S_IWB_ATTR.

How to fix this error?

If you need authorization to assign the attribute value, contact your
system administrator.
