What causes this issue?

You have tried to upload a document, but you are not authorized in the
project or its folder.

System Response

The document cannot be uploaded.

How to fix this error?

You can see which authorizations you are missing, under <ZK><ZH>System
-> Utilities -> Check Display Auth.</></>. Ask the person responsible,
for these authorizations.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
