What causes this issue?

You tried to work with a document type which the frontend does not
support.

System Response

The system cannot process this document type.

How to fix this error?

You cannot process the document on this frontend. However, you can save
the document in a local file.
To do this, select <LS>Document -> Move -> Download</>.
If you are working on an X-terminal, the system will write your
document to a sequential file.
If you are working on a PC, the system will download your document to a
PC file.
