What causes this issue?
The target folder is a subordinate of the folder that you want to
insert. You cannot insert a folder into a folder that is subordinate to
it.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
If you want to insert the folder in the subordinate target folder, you
must first place the target folder in another folder.Procedure for System Administrators

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed.
