  • What causes this issue?

    You tried to change the starting number for digital signature in the
    SIPT_NUMST_FI application table, or to enter the gaps for digital
    signature in the SIPT_GAPS_BKPF application table. This is, however, not
    possible because you do not have the proper authorization.

    System Response

    The system checks if you have the authorization to maintain number range
    intervals for the RF_BELEG number range object. If you are not allowed
    to maintain number ranges, the system displays an error message.

    How to fix this error?

    To prevent inconsistencies, we strongly recommend that you do not make
    changes to the SIPT_NUMST_FI table.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
