What causes this issue?

When you save data, the System aggregates it to a higher level.
However, one of the nodes used to calculate the new data is locked by
user &V1&.

System Response

The action was cancelled in order to avoid inconsistent data. New data
has been saved.

How to fix this error?

Ask &V1& to unlock the node and then save again.
