What causes this issue?

The
<DS:DE.SGT_DIM_FUN>Relevance</> of the characteristics in the
segmentation structure for the specified strategy is not set to <AB>DIM
</> (Weights and Volumes).

System Response

The system does not create segmentation based weights and volume data.

How to fix this error?

You must set the relevance to <AB>DIM</> for at least one of the
characteristics used in the structure.
