    deactivated (in the sense of the Switch Framework) package.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Using the transactions of the Switch Framework (particularly transaction
    SFW5), you can check whether all components required for the operation
    of your system are activated (switched on). After consultation with your
    system administrator, you can - if necessary - activate additional
    components (business functions).
