What causes this issue?

The function module filled both update options (parameters
<ZH>UPDATE_ALL</> and <ZH>UPDATE_FIELDS)</> with values. Only one of
these two parameters can be specified. See the details of the update
options.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
