However, you can only activate the business function if the following
conditions are fulfilled:
There are no open V3 update entries
There is no open extract queue content
There is no open setup table content
There is no open pre-buffer for Logistics application 12 (LE Shipping
BW)

system &V1& via transaction SA38 or SE38.
