key 'HDI_CONTAINER_GROUP' and that the name is valid. The characters
'A-Z', '0-9', and the underscore are allowed. The name cannot, however,
end with an underscore. If the name is empty or invalid, create an SAP
message under the component BC-CTS-HTA.
