The BC Set &V1& contains incomplete data records, i.e. data records
which are not completely specfied.
It was created/changed by automatic customizing recording, which only
puts the data key into the BC Set, and it has not been completed by the
BC Set maintenance transaction SCPR3.
A BC Set with incomplete data records cannot be transported.
The transport cannot be released.
Start the BC Set maintenance transaction SCPR3 and select the BC Set. If
you go to change mode, the BC Set is automatically completed. Save the
BC Set.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
