What causes this issue?

The client-dependency and cascading attributes of the data in all Switch
BC Sets must be specified. All data must have the same client-dependency
and cascading attributes.
Client-dependency groups:
All tables/views in the BC Set are client-specific
All tables/views in the BC Set are cross-client
Cascading attribute groups:
No cascading: All tables/views in the BC Set have delivery class 'C' or
'A'
Cascading: No tables/views in the BC Set have delivery class 'C' or 'A'

System Response

The BC Set cannot be activated in the system.

How to fix this error?

The developer must correct the client-dependency and cascading
attributes of the BC Set.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
