What causes this issue?

The BC Set activation should call the After-Import method of customizing
object &V1&, but an activation error occurred,so it was not called.

System Response

The data of the customizing object in the system tables is probably
incomplete or incorrect.

How to fix this error?

Check the system tables of the customizing object for incorrect
activation data, and correct any incorrect entries manually. Check the
activation log for indications of why the object could not be activated.
Resolve any errors and activate the BC Set(s) again.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
