This can be for the following reasons:
The file should have the extension ".bcs". Other extensions could

manually) and does not satisfy the internal conventions.
-> Contact the person who made the download and clarify whether manual
modifications have been made
The version number for the download/upload format could not be
determined, or is not known.
-> Check whether there is an entry in the first row of the file to be
opened with the name 'VERSION' and the value '1'
Processing is cancelled.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
