You have no BC Set Favorites list.
A Favorites list is a list of BC Sets which you compile. It is displayed
at the start of the maintenance transaction. There is no Favorites list
under your user ID in this system.

No BC Sets are displayed.

How to fix this error?

You can create BC Sets or search for existing BC Sets (the 'New BC Set
Selection' function in the menu bar above the BC Set list).
You should create a Favorites list. You can add or delete entries in the
Favorites list at any time and you can always display another selection
which is not in the Favorites list.
