What causes this issue?

The system cannot export a policy that contains an allowed field for
which neither a data element nor a data type description has been
entered in IRM Customizing.

System Response

The policy is not exported into the XML file.

How to fix this error?

Make the required Customizing settings for the object and the allowed
field so that the policy can be exported to the XML file.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
