What causes this issue?

The specified ILM repository does not exist physically.

System Response

You can still save the rules and archive data in accordance with them.
However, you can only save the archived data if there is actually a
repository system that has the same name and is accessible.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
