What causes this issue?

The system generates a Project IMG for the areas you have selected in
the Reference IMG. Another selection of application components and
countries also exists.

The system generates the Project IMG using the areas you have selected.
The selection of application components and countries is not included.
This selection remains available, in case you need it later.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
