What causes this issue?

The system generates a Project IMG for the countries and application
components you have selected. A manually-selected set of areas for the
project already exists in the Reference IMG.

System Response

The system generates the Project IMG for the countries and application
components you have selected. This manual selection is not included in
the Project IMG. However, it remains in the Reference IMG, in case you
need it later.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
