Message type: E = Error
Message class: S_AUT - Audit Trail (ILM): Messages
Message number: 137
Message text: Audit Trail not executable (See long text)
You want to use the <ZH>new audit trail function</> of SAP NetWeaver.
However, you do not meet some prerequisites for using this function. One
of the following circumstances prevents you from using the new audit
trail:
In your system, the SAP_APPL release is the same or higher than ECC
6.05. You already have active Customizing settings for the old audit
trail function (<ZH>Electronic Records (Logging)</> in the SAP_APPL
application layer, transactions AUT*). Using the two logging functions
in parallel could have side effects and lead to inconsistencies, and is
therefore not possible.
Your system has a SAP_APPL release below ECC 6.05. In that case, the
check methods, which are supposed to prevent parallel use of the old and
new audit trail, are not implemented in your system.
Processing is terminated.
If you have made Customizing settings for the <LS>electronic records</>
function, migrate these settings for the new <LS>audit trail</>. Then
remove the Customizing settings for the old electronic records function.
For more information about migrating the settings, see SAP NetWeaver
Library under <LS>SAP NetWeaver by Key Capability -> Information
Integration by Key Capability -> Audit Trail (BC-SRV-ASF-AT) ->
Changeover from Electronic Records to Audit Trail</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
