What causes this issue?

No data is available to the write program for archiving. Possible
reasons are:
The preprocessing program has not be restarted since the last time the
write program was run.
No archivable data exists in the database for the period specified in
the preprocessing program.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If necessary, run the preprocessing program before starting the write
program.
