What causes this issue?

The system checks the physical accessibility of the archive data in the
archiving session &v1& created by the conversion of files from the
replaced session being destroyed. If this check fails, the system does
not destroy the archive files belonging to the replaced archiving
session.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
