    You tried to enter a new planning with exactly the same starting time
    as an already existing planning. At each time only one planning entry
    may exist.

    The new planning is not inserted.

    How to fix this error?

    Change the planning time of the new planning so that it differs in at
    least one second to each existing planning. You should keep in mind
    that planning which are using the same resources should not be planned
    to run overlapping.
