    Tax year &SYST-MSGV1& is not allowed.

    For distributions or trustee-to-trustee transfers, the tax year must be
    the current year, i.e. the year of the transaction posting date.
    For contributions, the tax year may be the current year or the last
    year. However, last year is allowed only if the contribution deadline
    has not expired as defined in the customing table TRTP_US_CONT_DAT.
