    How to fix this error?

    Please check within the application log (transaction SLG1), if the
    activation in background was successful or not. Search criteria and
    their values in SLG1 for the messages related to the activation of a
    hierarchy, are: The object has the value 'W', the subobject the value
    'W_HIERERR' and the external ID has the value 'Activate Article
    Hierarchy'.
