    This performance attribute displays the average usage of all background
    work processes, by default averaged over the last hour.

    System Response

    If an alert is generated in this node, the start of the background job
    can be delayed, as it may not be possible to assign jobs whose start
    condition is fulfilled to a free work process immediately. When
    evaluating the situation, note also the situation of the node
    <DS:NA.RT637>ServerSpecificQueueLength</>.

    How to fix this error?

    Set the number of background work processes using the profile parameter
    <LS>rdisp/wp_no_btc</>.
