    In your BW system#s settings, the Change and Transport Organizer (CTO)
    is set to active. This means that you cannot change or save a query
    definition in Web item <ZK>Ad-hoc Query Designer</> .

    System Response

    The query cannot be changed or saved.

    How to fix this error?

    Activating the Change and Transport Organizer in a BW system is only
    advisable in a small number of cases (see SAP Note 356018). You then
    have to use BEx Query Designer to edit queries.
