    The data provider for map layer "&V1&" has no data in the rows.

    The map cannot be created, because at least one entry in the rows is
    necessary.

    How to fix this error?

    Assumedly you have selected the function "Specify Filter Value". With
    maps, however, you need to use the function "Specify Filter Value on
    Axis". This ensures that the selected entry is placed in the rows.
