What causes this issue?

You want to use bursting to distribute online links that display a query
in the BEx Analyzer. In this type of link, you cannot set parameters
using filter values or variable values. You can therefore only
distribute this link in bursting without changing it ("Send Document
Unchanged" option on the "Recipient Determination" tab page).

The broadcast setting is inconsistent and can neither be saved nor
executed.

How to fix this error?

Select the "Send Document Unchanged" option on the "Recipient
Determination" tab page or deselect the "Start in BEx Analyzer" indica
