Message class: RSMPC - Messages for Process Chains of Generic Processes
Message number: 134
Message text: Loading process '&1' is not a 'Load Only PSA' type, but in PSA proc. '&3'
InfoPackage '&V1&(&V2&)' (loading process '&V1&(&V2&)' is used in the
variant '&V3&(&V4&)' of the PSA process, but is no longer set to 'Load
PSA Only'.
There is no point in using this InfoPackage as a loading process in the
PSA process variant '&V3&(&V4&)', because this InfoPackage processes its
data in the data targets by itself, without using the PSA as a temporary
store.
Remove this load process from the variants of the PSA process
'&V3&( &V4&)' or, in InfoPackage '&V1&(&V2&)', change the load method to
'Load PSA Only'.

RSMPC134
- Loading process '&1' is not a 'Load Only PSA' type, but in PSA proc. '&3' ?The SAP error message RSMPC134 indicates that there is a mismatch in the configuration of the loading process for a DataSource in the context of the SAP Data Warehousing environment, specifically when dealing with the Persistent Staging Area (PSA). This error typically arises when the system expects a "Load Only PSA" type process, but the current loading process does not meet that requirement.
Cause:
- Incorrect Process Type: The loading process defined for the DataSource is not set to "Load Only PSA". This can happen if the DataSource is configured to load data into a different type of target (like a DataStore Object or InfoCube) instead of just the PSA.
- Configuration Issues: There may be issues in the configuration of the DataSource or the InfoPackage that is trying to load data into the PSA.
- DataSource Settings: The DataSource might be incorrectly set up to load data into a target that is not compatible with the expected PSA loading process.
Solution:
Check DataSource Configuration:
- Go to the DataSource in the SAP BW system and verify its settings. Ensure that it is configured to load data into the PSA.
- If the DataSource is intended to load data into a different target, you may need to adjust the InfoPackage settings accordingly.
Adjust InfoPackage Settings:
- Open the InfoPackage associated with the DataSource and check the target settings. Ensure that it is set to load data into the PSA.
- If the InfoPackage is set to load data into a DataStore Object or InfoCube, change it to load into the PSA if that is the intended behavior.
Review Process Chains:
- If this error occurs within a process chain, review the process chain configuration to ensure that the loading process is correctly defined and that it matches the expected type.
Recreate the InfoPackage:
- If the issue persists, consider recreating the InfoPackage to ensure that all settings are correctly applied.
Consult Documentation:
- Refer to SAP documentation or notes related to the specific DataSource and loading processes for additional guidance.
Related Information:
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the RSMPC134 error and ensure that your loading process is correctly configured for the intended target.
