    Info IDocs are missing. The source system is not an SAP system. The
    IDocs are therefore created in the BW system. Since the IDocs are
    missing, a short dump probably occurred in the BW system.

    Check the short dumps in the BW system.
    Check the data in the InfoCube.
    Correcting the error
    If the data was updated correctly in the InfoCube, it is possible that
    no info IDocs were created. In the extraction monitor on the tab page
    <LS>Status, </>manually set the entire status of the data request to
    <ZK>ok </>(green traffic light) in this case.
