What causes this issue?

The delta administration for DataSource &V1& from the source system &V2&
is inconsistent.
The table RSSDLINIT in the BW system contains at least one entry for
initialization. However the table ROOSPRMSC in the source system does
not contain any entries for this DataSource in this source system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
