Activate User:
- If the user is inactive, you can activate the user by changing the status in the user maintenance screen.
Review Authorizations:
- Ensure that the user has the necessary roles and authorizations assigned. You can check this in the
Roles
tab in the user maintenance screen.- If necessary, assign the appropriate roles to the user.
Check User Deletion:
- If the user has been deleted, you may need to recreate the user account.
Consult Security Team:
