  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message RSCRT113 - In DataStore &1, load request &2(&3) is incorrectly loaded ?

The SAP error message RSCRT113 indicates that there is an issue with the loading of data into a DataStore Object (DSO). Specifically, it suggests that a load request has been incorrectly loaded, which can occur due to various reasons. Here’s a breakdown of the potential causes, solutions, and related information for this error:

    Causes:

    1. Data Quality Issues: The data being loaded may contain inconsistencies, duplicates, or invalid entries that violate the DSO's data model or constraints.
    2. Transformation Errors: Errors in the transformation logic during the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process can lead to incorrect data being loaded.
    3. Data Source Issues: The source system may have provided incorrect or incomplete data.
    4. Process Chain Failures: If the process chain that loads the data into the DSO fails or is interrupted, it can lead to incomplete or incorrect data being loaded.
    5. Data Activation Issues: If the data is not activated properly after loading, it may lead to inconsistencies in the DSO.

    Solutions:

    1. Check Data Quality: Review the data being loaded for any inconsistencies or errors. Ensure that the data meets the DSO's requirements.
    2. Review Transformation Logic: Check the transformation rules in the Data Transfer Process (DTP) to ensure they are correctly defined and functioning as expected.
    3. Examine Source Data: Validate the data in the source system to ensure it is accurate and complete before loading it into the DSO.
    4. Process Chain Monitoring: Monitor the process chain for any failures or warnings. If the process chain has failed, investigate the logs to identify the root cause.
    5. Reprocess the Load Request: If the load request is found to be incorrect, you may need to delete the incorrect request and reprocess the data load.
    6. Data Activation: Ensure that the data is activated properly after loading. If there are issues with activation, check the activation process and logs for errors.
