    DataSource &V1& from source system &V2& does not yet contain any
    transfer rules. Transfer rules for this DataSource do exist in the
    Business Content, however.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    By carrying out this message you can branch to the <LS>Administrator
    Workbench -> Goto -> Install Business Content</> and can transfer the
    transfer rules and perhaps relevant InfoObjects.
