    To comply with this message, you can go to the <LS>Administrator
    Workbench -> Goto -> Install Business Content</> and transfer the
    InfoObject &V1& from the Business Content into the active version. If
    you leave after activating <LS>Install Business Content</>, another
    attempt will then be made to create transfer rules.
