Generation of External SAP HANA View for Characteristic with Hierarchy
is not supported if a BW hierarchy falls under one of the following
categories:
1. Hierarchy nodes/leaves with multiple parents
2. Parent-child pair having the same key (even if the IOBJNM is
different)
3. Link nodes
4. Nodes of an InfoObject which has not been defined as external
characteristic
The cases mentioned above can be detected and fixed at hierarchy level
by executing the RSRV check "BW Hierarchy in SAP HANA".
None of the BW display parameters for hierarchy display in query
(hierarchy attributes) are supported for the external SAP HANA view.

1. The SAP BW hierarchy representation as an external SAP HANA hierarchy
view always contains all the keys of the basic characteristic. If the
keys do not belong to the hierarchy, they are listed under "Unassigned
Nodes" (NOTASSIGNED node).
The hierarchy nodes/leaves corresponding to compounded keys are
represented as:
rpad(<key1>,<dataype_length_key1>) && rpad(<key2>
,<dataype_length_key2>) && ... && rpad(<key_n>,<dataype_length_key_n>)
