What causes this issue?

If you branch to the display in planning currency, no graphic can be
displayed because amounts might be in different currencies which have
different numbers of decimal places.
If you press F3 in the display in planning currency to return to the
"Distribution by Currency" screen, it is no longer possible, for
technical reasons, to display the graphic in this screen either. You
must use F3 to leave this screen too, then choose the "Currencies"
function again.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
